FAQ's

IMPORTANT!!

Shipping rates have increased for the holiday season. Please keep that in mind when ordering. I apologize for the higher shipping prices on top of the cost of my pins but there are a very small amount of pins that I order to be made thus I need to accommodate for shipping, packing materials, fees, etc,. Thank you.

 

1. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

- No refunds or exchanges will be available unless the pin(s) were made with a major error. If a mistake was made during a preorder, such as duplicates or unwanted items in your checkout, a refund can be made but transaction fees will be deducted so a full refund will not be possible.

- I will also ban you from my Patreon if you purchase a pin with the intent of reselling for more than the original price and before the 30 days of sale and of you receiving it. The reselling of PfP's is allowed but not for more than than price it was purchased for. PfP's are a passion project, I do not make any pocket money from it.

Trading is allowed.

2. Which payment methods do you accept?

- Most payments are accepted. I advise you checkout with PayPal for your order(s) due to it being easier for me to handle and your transaction won't mix into my personal banking card.

3. Grading policy?

- Please refer to my grading policy under a different tab.

4. Has my package been shipped out yet?

- In-hand orders are usually shipped within 7-10 days depending if I have all the packing materials.

5. How long will it take to get my pre-ordered pin?

- Estimate anywhere between 1-5 months, but this is subject to change depending on the pin and its difficulty. Expect delays with the manufacturing, shipping, packaging, etc. Always consider this before when pre-ordering.

6. Can I change my address?

- Yes, of course. Please make sure to email or Direct Message me on Instagram for a faster response with your name and order number so I can update your new address. I advise you do this before I announce when a package will be shipped out.

7. My package got lost/stolen/damaged. Will you compensate for them?

- Once a package is sent out, I am not responsible of shipping and cannot send out another due to the minimum amount of pins I have produced. 

8. Do you do combine shipping?

- Yes, but if you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, the order will not ship out until the pre-order item(s) arrives. If you wish to get the in-stock item, make a separate purchase or wait for the pre-order item(s) to arrive.

9. Are your pins LE or OE?

- Most of my pins are LE (limited edition), open pre-order until all slots are full. I'll consider restocks if the demands are high enough.

10. Will you post updates of your pin designs?

- There will be constant updates on my Instagram and Patreon Pin Club. You can find updates within the highlights tabs on @dreamypinsclub.

11. Do you ship to EU countries? Will it be taxed during the sale?

- For EU orders, customers are fully responsible for any import tax when receiving the goods to EU. You may buy an item through my Etsy to avoid these fees if you wish or we may sort out a PayPal invoice to avoid high shipping costs through Etsy but they handle VAT charges instead of you. Taxes are included when checking out at my shop. 

12. Do you ship internationally?

- Yes. (subject to change at any time.)

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
